Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For most items, these will be ready in 1-3 working days - individually/ personalised stitched items have a lead time noted in their listing, if you need an item by a certain date, please let me know by emailing emma@emmajohnstondesigns.com

Stitched/ Personalised items: as soon as possible, see listing for lead times.

UK Only
Orders up to £10: £1.95
£10.01-£25: £2.95
£25+: £4.50
Local Collection Available from West Kirby, Wirral - please select local collection option at checkout, and await a confirmation email to state your order is ready, a pre-arrange collection time will be organised to suit.
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
I hope you won't ever want or need to return an item,, however if you do, please get in touch by emailing me at emma@emmajohnstondesigns.com
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
